Yep, could come anytime SWP, you are right and holidays are a little different in the US. But I reckon fa productivity over Christmas/new year is universal in western economies.
As for public servants and politicians, that period is for releasing bad news and having it overlooked by people distracted by better things. Haleu is something they want to promote, not bury.
The next few weeks is going to be interesting, or if not, pretty disappointing. Let's see what this week brings.
