i have been told there is a formula to calculate the purchase price that is documented in the contract. Michael Goldsworthy said its not difficult to work out. I imagine one of the variables would be the Uranium price and another may be the cost price of production but I am just guessing. Other possible elements in the formulae maybe development spend or anticipated size of contracted projects. One of the things that wont be in the formula in my opinion is the Silex share price.
