The questions in my mind. If a director sell a large slab of portfolio just before bad announcement, and just after succesfull election to directors position, 1 Did they have early previged market sensitive infomation? 2 Did they have to pay a large share holder or group of share holders for their votes.
These are the same questions currently in the mind of any company looking to deal with CBIO. A good product sitting with a bad image company is hard to sell these days with online media ready to expose any cracks.
