We all know the media reports a lot of BS at the best of times. What is great was the offical meetings between both presidents in late December and the MINFIN signing off on the financials. Both events were officially documented and this is indisputable evidence things are progressing.

Feb/March - both good for all SH's. The article above alludes to both Feb and March and is basically paraphrasing the Les Scoops article. IMO construction will start once we get binding documents. I think Q1 2022 (Jan-March) is achievable and as I said very exciting for all of us regardless of a month here and there. We are at the pointy end now!
