IMO Ding will be back in Sangha after CNY. The low guality regurgitated media article's date can't be relied on. It could be Feb or March for rail construction.

Like Ding says, the discovery is a fishing exercise. I think it will be thrown out by the court.

Us talking about it is not a distraction at all, it is reality and deal with it.
Covid could be more of a distraction and a issue
