I don't think there is a reason for concern with:

    1. Pre-action discover process in W.A: SDL state 'SDL BOD's have serious concerns regarding ANS's conduct in the period leading up to the unlawful expropriation of SDL IO asset by the Congo'. SDL are assuming the Congo has acted unlawfully. This will be decided by the ICC not speculation via SDL.

Furthermore, SDL assume ANS have used their feasibility report and believe ANS couldn't conduct one in 3-4 months. I disagree, as we know ANS has a consortium whom all specialise in certain aspects of this project: Steel, Mining, Rail and ports. Each of these respective companies can easily put together a feasibility report on their respective speciality in a matter of weeks let alone months.

This feasibility report does not need to be spot on but highlights the important points for both states; creation of jobs and infrastructure, costing to the state (zero cost for both) + funding arrangements, tax benefits and royalties. The rest will be in the final binding documents.

    2. ICC hearing: Will take years and regardless of the findings the ICC have no way of offering tangible compensation.

Just my thoughts in the matter.

This stuff aside, i am really looking forward to the following 4-8 weeks to see how this unfolds for us all! I think we are close to some huge news!
