Totally agree. I wouldn't worry about the discovery nonsense. If anything, the ICC arbitration is the make or break and I am quite relaxed.

Because based on Cameroon and Congo unrelenting in pressing ahead and normally risk-aversed and politically sensitive China (BRI in 2022 is a dirty word) is willing to make the massive infrastructure Capex investment, I'd say the Africans have convinced China that a favorable ICC judgement eventually is a foregone conclusion.

The international arbitrations will last several years. I read previously in the media of similar estimates for the arbitration time frame associated with the other plaintiffs suing Congo. There are 3 other companies, one is outside of the Sangha cluster in the South of Congo and is UK listed if I remember correctly.

All this arbitration stuff is the side show. The main event is what Cameroon and Congo governments are already celebrating now with all ministerial approvals, prime ministerial and presidential green light, contract signing and stone laying ceremony and then Mbalam Rail construction next month.

The next few weeks will define the new ANS powerhouse. The big man will soon ring the bell.

Go Ding. Bring it on !!
