Like I said, the visit by the Congo mines minister to Yaounde resulting in overwhelming satisfaction and gratification only 2 days after the Cameroon minister of Transport met with the Congolese president (doubling up as the Cameroon presidential envoy) meant a breakthrough of unanticipated break neck speed occurred. It's almost like Oba was summoned to Yaounde.

Congo has the 3 enormous world class Sangha projects as well as a cluster of future projects along the Congo craton that must utilize the Mbalam rail and Kribi port IMO has to play second fiddle to Cameroon in terms of who calls the shots.

It is now beyond doubt that the project will start construction next month and the mega consortium partners and Ding will fly back to China for CNY.

Ding will then in ernest prepare for the listing/IPO (hopefully in Hong Kong) on the back of the global PR and his new found fame. LOL
