Are we forgetting something?

SDL signed over a 98% interest of the Mbalam/Nabeba project to the Cameroon Government with the "Transition Agreement" in 2015.

So why would any new entity need to reinvent the same wheel again with exploration, feasibility, etc?
That's already been done, and belongs to the Cameroon Gov't.

If the deal between the Cameroon Gov't and the new entity includes the Gov't giving theirIP to the new entity, then the mining code was not broken.
