One thing that puzzles me a little bit is why did Cameroon bother to appeal the injunction ruling when they could have just ignored it in the first instance. Perhaps Cameroon never thought the appeal would be refused.
While on the subject of ICC arbitration, news out this week that Nigeria finally had to settle a dispute with Mittal steel after 10 years at the ICC. These things can take forever. LOL
Meanwhile let's hope Chairman Ding make the long anticipated annoncement about infrastructure funding and HK relisting / IPO from Africa. Yippee !
