Either that, or the litigation funding tap will be turned off by Burford before then.
One thing is for sure, with every month that passes, SDL shareholders will potentially receive less and less, as litigation fees mount up.
SDL have not provided an update WRT cash on hand for almost two years.
And Burford are not funding regular company operational and compliance costs, just covering litigation costs.
It's only a matter of time before the cookie jar is empty of cost-cutting home brand cookies.
