I have also read a few unverified sites pretty much stating the ICC is a privately owned business. I would presume like any business they goal is to be profitable. I can't find much on how they enforce their finings tho...

Hi MWR8, very good information providing clarity to what the whole ICC thing is all about.

I note China is also a signatory to the ICC and has a whole mechanism established to engage with the ICC specifically for silk road projects globally. That being the case, one could conclude the ANS Chinese partners must be also be very comfortable with Cameroon's actions.

Hence, I think the revelation of the Mbalam license development may in fact speed up the pace of project kick-off and infrastructure funding announcement.

I really hope the ANS IPO and relisting in HK or Shenzhen can happen in October latest as the global equity market may tank soon as hyperinflation and recession starts to bite across major regions of the world.
