why would Africa worry about the damage done to its reputation...

why would Africa worry about the damage done to its reputation in regards to foreign investment....with the money they will receive in royalties etc and better access to mines and ports due to our infrastructure...and our iron ore tenements ...I do love coconuts....
how does any court enforce something against a country?
Africa is looking out for its own opportunities...Sundance has no.money lol....and was hoping for a settlement...well they should pay ans back for the garbage shares we still.own...
