Hi Tolate, it's worth noting that the presidential decree was issued on 17 August (3 weeks ago) in anticipation of Ding and our Chinese partners arriving in Africa this month to kick-off project start.

Things are pretty advanced I imagine and they didn't just happen yesterday. Biya personally making the assignment of the Mbalam license into law is a serious development reflecting ANS objectives have now been achieved.

Ding may pleasantly surprise us any moment with the infrastructure funding and relisting plan being revealed in Africa. I for one am looking forward to a discounted share purchase plan for existing holders as part of the HK / Shenzhen IPO. LOL
