Yes, time has changed. The Chinese state-owned company (CHEC) has completed the first phase of Kribi port construction and they will soon start to construct the second phase of the port. The CEO is right that it should not be a problem to bring equipment etc to build the iron ore terminal. In addition to the ordinary 32-kim road presently serving the deep-water port of Kribi, the same Chinese company will soon complete the 38.5 km Kribi-Lolabe high way.
