Sure Wal's a big name, but.... 1. He is also on the ACCC's radar over Leighton's practices in the middle east and; 2. Last presided over announcing a massive write-down on profit for which there has just been a $69M settlement on a class action from shareholders.
On the other hand Coca-cola are happy to have him on board???
I hope its all rosy for us but.... Lui Han had some questionable things behind him too and his number is very definitely up!

Lots still to fall into place... Permits Finance and lots of it (and our agreement to it!) Project built on time & budget (if the Chinese don't get the EPCM, but are the contractors, then that's less likely) No sovereign issues between now and any financing first and then before production second (eg 80yo President Biya cashing in his chips or being toppled) I repeat - Fingers Crossed!
