Guys - reading the "masterplan", it looks like Cameroon wants to state own the infrastructure. They seem well progressed and if I read the plan correctly, it looks at end 2012 for feasibility. If that is the case, there may be some impact on SDL trying to negotiate the rail deal. May be good if they dont have to build it as it would save a few billion but might change the dynamics a bit. Thoughts?
