    This is for infrastructure not mining projects. It is an MoU, can be torn up tomorrow.
    Cameroon can't afford to go into US$30b debt to the Chinese, even though they would love Cameroon to be. And that is how they will then get their hands on tier 1 projects for practically nothing. A big IOU. Screw that.
    Thats my opinion.
