    I do agree with you on most of your comments, but don't forget CityView's very low entry price atm.

    Now if it was let's say .30c-.40c today then your viewpoint would be much more relevant.

    Let's not forget the PWC report has it valued much higher.

    However I do see the potential as mid/long term investor.

    I suppose it depends on ones timeframe an risk to reward scenario.
