I believe the previous posters comments were correct.

And as per the statement, transfer interests, not assets, so I can not seeing it making any difference to CVI's bottom line.

That way, CVI can concentrate on developing it's interests into assets in Angola.

I am out of CVI as of today again. It held up well, sure, but it has to get dragged down with the rest of the market if we head that way.......and I don't think we'll be hearing from CVI ann. wise again this week.

Of course, long term, I am a believer....and will be back.
