camp oven cookin

Got a camp oven set for xmass,fire has been goin since 1.00 oclock.Have a 2kg rolled rib roast has to be cooked prefetly by 7 tonight.I never used one any help or thoughts would be great.I have cooked one on a cast iron fry pan with a ring of fire around it,while being watched by other campers with big grins on there faces for hours.

After my family were happy with the meal,i took some tent hoping and every body loved it. Funny tried it the next year,it did not work out.

Better check the fire.
