I have also sent an email to Patrick Boocock at BAM requesting a full breakdown of the transaction and a list of top 40 BEPPA holders. I expect my email will be ignored...

I will also be making a complaint to ASIC relating to the following:

• lack of transparency during the sale process


• complete lack of financial detail regarding the proposed transaction


• short amount of time between the notification and the vote


• break fee of 10 million

In relation to the last item, I feel that this has been included in the terms purely to coerce BEPPA holders into voting for the sale.
