I hope you are right but I contacted 3 holders with > 10% (in total) of the EPS last week and they were all not aware of the offer at the time.

We are small holders and rely on the larger holders to get the deals done.

It has been ~2 years since we have heard from this mob and the mailout could have gone anywhere in an organisation. Also staff change and threads get lost.

I do not assume things are going on as time is valuable in these situations so I would rather be "safe than sorry".

I am now comfortable that I have done what I can to alert others and give them as much time as possible to assess the situation and if possible to undertake negotiations on our behalf.
