Or for that matter the moment China forks out MORE than 45 cents as they run into some SERIOUS last minute complications with certain SDL shareholders (perhaps coming out from ambush as per original plan devised together with the SDL board) then recognizing that spot price (used to pummel the original bid) is now rallying madly (is relevant after all).
