Basic question from someone who has never held SDL (unlike you), or made a recommendation for a No/Yes vote to others (again, unlike you)
If the iron ore spot price going from $85/t to $140/t is the be all and end all for SDL then why hasn't the SDL share price not rocketed way beyond 45c on intrinsic value grounds alone rather than staying stubbornly in the low 30s?
If you need others here to interpret for you what the market is clearly already telling everyone then I query why you are a share investor.
In the end you will be rescued from this lunacy that you know better than the market - and indeed your own Board - by your fellow holders if HL locks in the funding. But you already know that.
