Matt - bad example. You just said weeks before the TO announcement the SP was down! We already have our TO announcement and we are down. I had a quick look at the chart and it is a very different chart to SDL.

I hold GJ in high regard and if he says take 45 in the absence I will. I do not think I know better than the Board.

If there is a chess game in play, I will let GJ and GC make the moves - not try to second guess their play and be part of the problem rather than the solution.

I know enough about the uncertainties to know that I cannot work out what the on the ground realities are - and therefore I defer to the Boards direction. I also know that the share price supports the level of uncertainty we face.
