Recent events indicate that.

2) afr sdl/ hedgie mouthpiece come out with article about counter and highlight 50c as magic number

3) hanlong puts out article re soe partner , africans to put pressure on deal. My interpretation of this last move is hanlong/china yet again applying smoke and mirrors ,( CDB reviewing, state getting involved re soe partner, africans getting impatient) all designed to create confusion, perception of difficulty, uncertainty and complexity.

Yes the hedgies were canvased re 45c back in sept maybe even more recently, and does anyone seriously think they would have said yes to phantom 45c bid without anything serious on the table ie finance .... Get real!
