Following on from the ASX's response, why then does any one have access to broker codes.
If a broker needs to contact a counter party broker they could go through the exchange.
This would then make it a more level playing field for all.
The fact is I can ring up my broker and ask who is on the bid and offer.
I know many brokers who use this information to for their own trading.
ACCC needs to look into this.
