Tsk tsk, there is some real hatred spat out on here isn't there. Newman can do as he likes and would not care a bit when criticised by serial losers. At least he gets out there and tries to do something, unlike the vast majority of armchair critics.
He had to resign from the Lord Mayor position he had with BCC to run for State Parliament, and then won the seat and the role as Premier and leader of the Party. That takes guts and self belief.
I hope he does manage to get elected in to a Federal position, though he will certainly upset some luvvies along the way...lol
