    I think we're in for an enjoyable ride here.
    Speculation in the press is that Orica is in the throws of offloading Dulux at the moment to raise funds to take out CPB. CPB needs to take out AEC to get to a size that the competition regulator may view as being too big to be acquired by Orica.
    When there are other possible AEC predators out there, it all looks rosy.
