CPB have just sent through an amended share sale agreement regarding Tiresias. Obviously Omnia and GAM Equity are livered that their names were shown on today's notice and they wanted it to be hidden via Citicorp Nominees.
For anyone who thinks it may have been an error of naming, page 17 + 19 (faxed copies from Tiresias) clearly states that the Vendor is "Omnia and GAM Equity" and also the share sale agreement still stands.
I suppose when your a Cayman Island's based company it doesnt look good that you've lodged a notice.
That's what happens when you rush notices CPB ;)
