    CPB's share price finished today on its high at $30.71.

    They've also released an announcement they are holding 1.85m AEC shares. I noticed they started buying before their offer.

    The higher CPB's share price heads, the easier it will be to do a scrip deal and I would be thinking that AEC shareholders wont mind scrip.

    It just needs to be at the right price.
