Camperdown facility

Don't think this has got a mention, at least not recently, although in some ways old news coming to conclusion

"The reason why Camperdown Dairy has appointed an administrator, KordaMentha, appears to be because it couldn’t afford to complete a longstanding deal to buy the old Camperdown dairy site in the town of Camperdown on the road to Warrnambool."

So is that then present an opportunity for AHF? How much is it worth?

Notwithstanding that  current AHF utiilisation is - if I've following - about 50%, and (alarmingly) dropping.  It's a big site, and of the building/factory itself, i.e. not counting the 'grounds' (at least half from memory, including the parts demolished), my impression is AHF still only a fraction. What fraction?  Havent been inside, only seen it from the outside. Sure, mostly old facility, but it has charm, appeal and history, would have thought that could help with marketing and possibly logistics, not sure about operations.

The ultra modern office to be in Geelong is counterpoint to the Campdown factory   Possibly the office could be at the factory (where was it before?), but might mean a long commute for some, and possibly too far from key population and business centre  Melboourne, Avalon airport (rapid Asia freight etc).
