    It answered a lot of my questions.

    Main elements :
    - competition with traditional renters (B2C) : Camplify is offering more choice and prices are around 20 % cheaper,
    - profitability : they make an average profit (gross profit) of 320 $/booking, while the cost of acquisition is around 200 $ per owner and around 12 $ per hirer.
    - geographic expansion : want to become n.1 in Europe in the immediate future. Looking at expansion in Germany, France, Netherland, UK and Scandinavia.
    Camplify wants to do a mix of organic growth and M&A in these countries.
    The main idea is to become n.1 out of the US, before looking at the US.
    - main target : fleet expansion, as it drives all the rest (usually they do not have enough RV vs the demand they get).
    - Australia/NZ : still a lot of growth potential, as they are leader, still small and their 2 main competitors (Apollo and Tourism Holding) have been reducing their fleet during the last few years.
