This land acquisition in my opinion is a prelude to something big. Think about it, if you were on the cusp of something big would you announce it before or after you owned all of the resources to make it possible. What I am saying is delayed announcements may in fact be a good sign in this case. And before anyone jumps down my throat and says BUT the company has to divulge any material information when it comes to hand...yes, I agree but....
