Interesting to re read some threads and Jaded you were on the money with respect to the Met results being hidden in the Quartlies.Guess if the purity % higher they would have released as a separate announcement . I actually live on E.P and work in the rural industry. I can understand the reasoning behind taking advantage of the land sale under the circumstances but the flip side some would suggest is that it challenges the "cash position" and may have been wiser to wait for absolute certainty for what's in the ground and be prepared to pay a bit more . Not sure how exposed AXE would have been under those circumstances though. I also agree with the concerns around conservative nature of the Management. My broker who got me into the stock in the first place brings this subject up all the time and thinks they seem to be overly cautious with their comments rather than take a more bold marketing flair when relaying information.
