elee, My Friend lives in Berowra and I have been spending lots of time there, the area is less diverse so therefore more community focused and cohesive. There are plans however for a large block of land opposite the Station to be turned into Medium Story Apartments, locals are worried they fear another Hornsby. My Friend has told me that Berowra went up $$$ heavily in the Covid period from people in the inner City moving up, just like in the Blue Mountains
