I wouldn't touch Liverpool. Older brick places filled with junkies, long term unemployed. Next to zero capital growth over a period where prices have gone up exponentially in Sydney. Any newer builds are very low quality with builders the type that phoenix companies to wash their hands of problems.

rona 142, Thanks for your posting, went to Liverpool early Last year, got a shock there are high rise Apartments everywhere including a 40 story one from a well known developer.
