A nonsensical rant!
Makes perfect sense if you read it and you obviously haven't encountered me when I'm actually ranting.
Good luck ignoring valid opinions that you don't believe in. Unfairly fobbing off my comments as nonsensical is also weak way out.
It's obvious that you need a functioning, liquid and reliable spot market before being able to use such market as a reference point for a pricing formula.
The actual reality is that the details of the pricing formula that PLS struck with its off-takers has not been disclosed to the market and exists in an opaque agreement cloaked in a veil of commercial secrecy that actually works to benefit the off-takers and not the public shareholders of PLS who would benefit by knowing that detail.
