    Can Plibersek's husband, a convicted drug dealer, travel overseas?

    ie if Labor win office and Plibersek is deputy, or acting PM, could she and her husband attend a meeting in the USA for example?

    I know it's normal practice these days for many Labor ministers, MP's and former national presidents, to be attending ICAC or facing charges in court, but this is surely unprecedented.

    The alternative Prime Minister of this country, married to a convicted drug dealer.
