you seem to make a lot of sense efed.....i worked as an investment banker for 20 years and feel i can smell a very compelling investment opportunity at this entry price. ares is keen, very keen. the board has done well here too....ampc is an exceptional business and this deal will ultimately lead to an equity valuation in the JV significantly higher than it otherwise would as a continuing stand alone entity.....even without material increase in profit......the profit that ares will drive is the cream....i've really loaded up now so we'll see what happens lol
