the contractors freely admit they f..d the first fraccing attempt, and didn't charge CVN, they are having another go next week, hopefully this time they'll get it right, presumably its a very standard procedure, and generally achieves very good results.
also CVN and PTE haven't had a dry hole in Thailand yet, and they are sinking 3 more production wells over the next few weeks. there lies the significant upside.
