What dopes don't realise that SLR took over RED and to do so, agreed to pay a pretty good price for the outstanding shares in the company that they didn't own?
What dopes don't realise that when a scrip takeover takes place, the value of the targets share-price usually goes up and the value of the shares of the company making the takeover usually go down in the short term?
What dopes come on HotCopper, claim they own quite a few shares in a particular company and then proceed to demonstrate that they nothing about the business they've invested in (and perhaps little or nothing about equity investment in general).
What dopes.
