From what I have been told, the company definitely will NOT be in the telecommunications business. Just because it has a telecommunications licence that means nothing.
Nowadays, you and I and a 14 year old girl can get a telecommunications licence easily at not much cost. Things have changed a little.
Frank Carr, understandably, will not disclose the business he plans to commence, but he has confirmed telcos are not part of that plan. Obviously, with a lot more shares being issued, there will be a dilution of shareholdings, but who cares, as long as they are back on the boards as soon as possible.
I believe the option holders will have a really good chance of getting into the money as well.
