Darren I have been told by a fin planner that if Boom2 can almost fully automate SOA production that they will be the go to company. My view is that companies have been reluctant to be put under the spotlight of offshoreing jobs with a BPO......but are very likely to embrace technology. I think Klip will be very important to companies that are about to be inquired in to, in so much as it enables them to see what is happening in almost real time......if you think on that for a minute it would be a very handy tool in any business.
