Financial Planning is doomed by the structure

They are not Planning anything but pretending only, selling is their true objective

I have seen few "Financial Planners" and all just want to flog you some big loan against some managed funds so they take trailing commission on both.

What I would go for is " Self Planning Kit" directly to consumer with enough artificial Intelligence to replace the Planner who has no intelligence himself anyway.

I have dine Financial Planning Certificate and Have seen what training is provided and to whom.

I hope the recently announce Royal Commission to Banking which includes the financial Planning will possibly clean them up but this is a hope only. Most likely nothing will be done.
