I wasn't intending on selling PCG, just thinking about buying GCS. Remember PCG were at that stage of business several years back and see where they are now. Just trying to determine whether $1.00 a share for a third of the company (20 mill shares) was reasonable. How many companies put out outragous profit forecasts in their IPO just to see it reach nowhere near that amount..
6.25% return is real good but probably unsustainable.
