pixie, as ether says, you can crystallize your loss by selling at 0.1c. you don't have to wait until the company is liquidated. Which didn't happen last time anyway, it was a reconstruction.
Still half a billion wanted at 0.1c. But maybe you'd better be quick, it was 750m a little while ago .....
