Under the royalty/processing agreement with BHP, MCR's costs per pound decreases in a favourable way to MCR (ie not directly proportional). Moore has made this point before.
As some have pointed out, the cost of sulfur has nothing to do with the nickel sulphide miners - only the laterite nickel miners.
