Yes its bad but not a lost cause just yet . I doubt the major shareholders will be wanting it to go into admin as the company even as a shell has value.
I hope Ken has the decency to step down and allow a person with accounting skills to take the helm as without his resignation I fear we will be looking at a total loss.
